Returns Policy

At Discount Pool Heating, we take pride in offering high-quality pool heating equipment sourced from leading manufacturers in Australia and worldwide. We are confident that our products will meet your expectations. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.

Return Authorisation

You must contact us within 30 days of the purchase date to obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RAN). No returns will be accepted without a valid RAN.

Product Condition

The product must be returned in its original condition, including all components, accessories, and packaging. Products damaged due to incorrect use, negligence, or misuse will not be accepted.

Shipping

The product must be returned to an address we specify, with shipping costs prepaid by the customer. We may arrange a pre-paid shipping label or collection by a carrier for approved returns.

Non-Returnable Items

Products considered “made-to-order” or “bulky,” such as pool covers, pool liners, acoustic boxes, sand filters, and heat pumps, are non-returnable unless they are faulty or incorrectly supplied. These items cannot be returned due to a change of mind or incorrect measurements. We strongly encourage you to confirm all specifications before placing an order. Faulty or Incorrect Items

In compliance with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if you receive a faulty or incorrect item. Please contact us within a reasonable time frame to discuss the issue. We will arrange a pre-paid return label or collection by a carrier for faulty or incorrect items, and you will not incur any return shipping costs.

Steps for Returning a Product

  1. Obtain RAN:
    Submit your return request via email or contact us on 0433 543 147 to receive a Return Authorisation Number (RAN). We may also arrange a pre-paid shipping label or collection by a carrier.
  2. Prepare the Package:
    Ensure the product is packed in its original packaging, including all components and accessories, and include a copy of the original invoice or receipt.
  3. Return Address:
    The return address will be specified when the RAN is provided.
  4. Ship the Package:
    Use the pre-paid label provided by us, or arrange the collection as directed, to return the package.
  5. Processing:
    Once we receive your return, we will process it within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 1-5 business days.
